Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and booking our wine journey services, you agree to these terms of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion. Upon booking confirmation, a binding agreement is formed between you and rustic-thicket.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements are made. Prices are quoted in South African Rand and include all applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled journey: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule journeys due to weather conditions, estate closures, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol. You are responsible for disclosing any dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, or health conditions that may affect your journey experience. Disruptive or intoxicated behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences, we are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred during wine journeys except where caused by our negligence. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

Photography and Content

We may photograph journeys for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of rustic-thicket and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
